3. Safety & Responsibility

• Riders are responsible for ensuring their motorcycles are in safe and roadworthy condition.
• Helmets and full protective gear are mandatory on all rides — no exceptions.
• Moto Wanderers is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or accidents that may occur during rides or events.
• Alcohol or drug consumption during or before rides is strictly prohibited.

4. Membership Conduct

Members are expected to maintain respectful behaviour toward fellow riders, organizers, and the wider community. Any misconduct, harassment, or violation of group ethics may result in immediate termination of membership.

5. Event Participation

Ride schedules, routes, and plans may change based on weather, safety, or other conditions. Moto Wanderers reserves the right to deny participation to anyone deemed unfit or unprepared for a ride.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, photos, videos, and written content on our platforms are the sole property of Moto Wanderers and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Moto Wanderers is a community platform — we facilitate connections and shared experiences among riders but are not responsible for any accidents, losses, or disputes arising between members or during community activities.

8. Amendments
